As we monitor daily updates about the Coronavirus, we want you to know that the health, safety and wellbeing of our patients and employee is our top priority. For our patients, our office will remain open as we are committed to servicing your medical needs while staying in compliance with the CDC. We have enhanced our daily cleaning routines and are focused on high-touch and traffic areas. To reduce the gathering of people in the lobby area/ultrasound room and backroom sitting areas, we are now servicing the patient only. No other visitors are allowed unless they are a medical caregiver or parent/guardian of a patient under the age of 18. We are taking sensible steps to help protect our employees. This means, do not be alarmed if you see our staff wearing mask/gloves as we interact with you, this is a precaution as we are in constant contact with people in a medical office. If you have a question about your medical needs and feel more comfortable calling prior to your appointment, we encourage that you do so, do not let your health go into question, we are here to help in any way we can. We recognize that this is a challenging time for all and many businesses in the area, as a medical office our goal is to continue to stay open and being responsive to your needs, in order to do that we need your help! As we navigate through this uncertainty together we will do everything we can to continue to service your medical needs and concerns.
Please take care of yourselves, most importantly, stay safe.
Sincerely,
BWC Staff
