Dr. Andre Hall
Dr. Andre F. Hall was born in Reading, Pennsylvania, but spent his childhood on the island of St. Croix in the United States Virgin Islands. Dr. Hall graduated with honors from the University of Cincinnati and received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology. He then went on to the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine and received his medical degree in 1992. Dr. Hall was the recipient of the award for excellence in Obstetrics and Gynecology. Internship and residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology was completed at Duke University Medical Center in Durham, NC in 1996. At Duke he was recognized as the resident demonstrating the greatest accomplishment in the art and practice of gynecological surgery. In 1996 he joined the private practice of Dr. Melvin Henderson; which became Birth and Women’s Care, PA. Dr. Hall was Board Certified by the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology in 1998. He became sole owner of Birth and Women’s Care, PA that same year.
Kelly L. Helton, MS, FNP-C
Kelly L. Helton, MS, FNP-C, is a board certified nurse practitioner, who joined Birth and Women’s Care in November 2015. She was born in Fort Walton Beach, Florida, but grew up in Troy, Ohio. Kelly completed her Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing at Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio in 2008. She later earned her Master of Science Degree at Indiana State University in 2013. Kelly is a member of the Phi Kappa Phi honor society and the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
Prior to joining Birth and Women’s Care, Kelly worked in the Emergency Department at Upper Valley Medical Center in Troy, Ohio, where she treated patients with a variety of conditions ranging from minor to critical.
Homecia St. Clair-Hill, MSN, CNM
Homecia “Mecia” St. Clair-Hill, MSN, CNM is a certified nurse midwife who was born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida. She began her education at Florida A&M University in Tallahassee, FL where she received a Bachelor of Arts in English Education. Shortly after obtaining this degree, she and her husband moved to San Diego, California on orders for the United States Marine Corps. It was at this duty station that she became fascinated with the nursing field. She received her Registered Nurse Diploma from U.S. University in Chula Vista, CA in 2012. In 2013, she completed the Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington and simultaneously completed her Masters in Health Science and Health Education. Mrs. St. Clair-Hill began her nursing career on Neurosurgery and Medical-Surgical units in Jacksonville, FL, but when she started in a Women’s Health Nurse position she found her calling. During the summer of 2014 she was accepted to the founding school of nurse midwifery, Frontier Nursing University. While enrolled, she and her husband were re-stationed to South Carolina where she began working with mothers and babies in the inpatient setting. Winter 2017, Mrs. St. Clair-Hill graduated from Frontier Nursing University with a Master of Science in Nurse Midwifery and is projected to graduate in 2018 with a Doctorate of Nursing Practice. She is very passionate about the practice of midwifery and seeks to give back to future nursing generations through academia.
Mrs. St. Clair-Hill joined Birth and Women’s Care in May 2017 and brings a variety of experiences from her midwifery and health education background. She is excited, motivated, and ready to serve the people of Fayetteville, and has a special heart for young people and military spouses. She dedicated to the decrease of health disparities and the promotion of optimal wellbeing through education and prevention.
