Dr. Andre Hall
Dr. Andre F. Hall was born in Reading, Pennsylvania, but spent his childhood on the island of St. Croix in the United States Virgin Islands. Dr. Hall graduated with honors from the University of Cincinnati and received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology. He then went on to the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine and received his medical degree in 1992. Dr. Hall was the recipient of the award for excellence in Obstetrics and Gynecology. Internship and residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology was completed at Duke University Medical Center in Durham, NC in 1996. At Duke, he was recognized as the resident demonstrating the greatest accomplishment in the art and practice of gynecological surgery. In 1996, he joined the private practice of Dr. Melvin Henderson, which became Birth and Women’s Care, PA. Dr. Hall was Board Certified by the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology in 1998. He became sole owner of Birth and Women’s Care, PA. that same year.
Kelly L. Helton, MS, FNP-C
Kelly L. Helton, MS, FNP-C, is a board certified nurse practitioner, who joined Birth and Women’s Care in November 2015. She was born in Fort Walton Beach, Florida, but grew up in Troy, Ohio. Kelly completed her Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing at Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio in 2008. She later earned her Master of Science Degree at Indiana State University in 2013. Kelly is a member of the Phi Kappa Phi honor society and the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
Prior to joining Birth and Women’s Care, Kelly worked in the Emergency Department at Upper Valley Medical Center in Troy, Ohio, where she treated patients with a variety of conditions ranging from minor to critical.
